You know guys for almost two (2) years of using Microsoft Word 2007 I never think that CAPITAL LETTERS (UpperCase) can be change to SMALL LETTERS (LowerCase) in just one (1) click. I learned this from my co-officemate when we are in the middle of rush situation.
The situation was that, our Boss gave to our secretary the letter for the Mayor and should be computerize. The secretary never thought that it should be typed in SMALL LETTERS (LowerCase) not in
CAPITAL LETTERS (UpperCase), the letter will be summit at exactly 3:00 O’clock in the afternoon. The letter was already printed but not in a proper typing mechanics. She never typed it again.
What she did?
As simple as that and the entire UPPERCASE were turn to LowerCase immediately.
Just see the example in the image above.
